Rodeway Inn motel sold for $1 million

The Rodeway Inn in Dunmore has a new owner for the second time in the last eight years.

Dunmore-based Sai Lakshmidevi LLC sold the property at 1027 O’Neill Hwy. to Dunmore-based Raadha Management LLC for $1 million, according to a deed recorded Tuesday in Lackawanna County.

Sai Lakshmidevi LLC previously acquired the property from Dunmore-based Saiom Corp. for $870,000 in July 2018, according to the deed.

The motel contains 32 rooms, according to data from the county’s assessment office.
