PENNSYLVANIA (WFMZ-TV) – Service Electric Cablevision is experiencing localized service disruptions that could affect customers in Birdsboro, Hazleton, and Sunbury.
According to a statement posted on the company website, Service Electric is currently experiencing a backend engineering issue that may cause service disruptions for some customers.
The company has shared that due to high call volume, customers may experience longer response times when contacting them.
Service Electric says its teams are working around the clock to restore services in a safe and orderly manner.
