WILKINSBURG, Pa. —
A portion of Penn Avenue in WIlkinsburg is shut down due to a massive water main break.
Penn Avenue is closed between Franklin and Swissvale, which is causing significant backups, especially since this is part of the Commercial Street Bridge detour route.
The water is off but Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 Crews saw significant damage to both side of Penn Avenue.
