ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Dieruff took on Fleetwood and Easton faced Phillipsburg in day one of the A-Town Throwdown.
Nate Cotto led the way for Dieruff, whose second half run proved insurmountable for Fleetwood after keeping things close through two quarters. Dieruff won 49-27.
A similar second-half surge propelled Phillipsburg past cross-river foe Easton 34-21. Josh Soto and Christian Martin had strong performances in the win.
