A familiar refrain about Pittsburgh concerns its aging population, often framed as a negative for cities. The August Wilson African American Cultural Center flips this narrative with Picture This, a photography project and exhibition focused on cross-generational connection and combating ageism in the region. Designed in partnership with Casey Droege Cultural Productions, the show features over 100 photos taken across four counties by five Pittsburgh photographers, including Pulitzer Prize winner Martha Rial and photojournalist Nate Smallwood. 1-5 p.m. Continues through Feb. 1, 2026. 980 Liberty Ave., Downtown. Free. awaacc.org
