MOSCOW, Pa. — On Saturday, the 2026 Moscow Country Street Fair’s 10th anniversary celebration kicked off at 11 a.m. in Lackawanna County.
The event included various parades, a horse show, a car show, and a children’s area.
One young man in attendance says there’s no shortage of fun.
