3-alarm fire damages Murrysville home
MURRYSVILLE, Pa. —
Officials are investigating after a home caught fire in Murrysville, Westmoreland County, on Saturday.
In a post from the Sardis Volunteer Fire Company, officials were called to the 4800 block of Greenhead Court following reports of a house on fire.
While on the way to the scene, firefighters received information that a vehicle inside the garage was believed to have caught fire, causing flames to spread to the structure.
Photos shared by the department showed large flames and heavy smoke billowing from the home.
High heat and heavy fire conditions led to the fire being a 3-alarm, the post said.
No injuries were reported, and fire crews are working to determine the official cause of the fire.
