A new collaboration between The Juice Jar and social media food creator Denny Glasser is set to debut this week, bringing together local business, community engagement, and charitable giving through the launch of a new signature smoothie.
The Denny Glasser Performance Smoothie will officially launch on August 7, at The Juice Jar, marking the latest in a growing series of Erie-based partnerships designed to connect local businesses with content creators while supporting nonprofit organizations.
The store will begin serving the smoothie when it opens at 8 a.m., with Glasser scheduled to appear at the location beginning at 12:30 p.m. for customer meet-and-greets, media interviews, and launch-day activities.
Known throughout the region for highlighting local restaurants and food experiences across social media, Glasser has built a substantial following by showcasing businesses and unique culinary offerings. His content has generated millions of views in recent months and helped introduce audiences to a variety of locally owned establishments.
The smoothie was created with a focus on performance, nutrition, and recovery. Ingredients include almond milk, coconut water, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, blue spirulina, banana, chia seed, and agave. The blend is designed to provide hydration, sustained energy, and recovery support while featuring a distinctive bright blue color.
The launch also carries a charitable component. Two percent of every Denny Glasser Performance Smoothie sold will be donated to Make-A-Wish Greater Pennsylvania and West Virginia. In addition, Glasser will donate his proceeds from the collaboration during the first 30 days of sales to support the organization’s mission of granting wishes for children facing critical illnesses.
The collaboration was coordinated by Go VIP Worldwide, and the performance smoothie is the fourth signature collaboration introduced in less than a month.
Recent initiatives have included the TayJer Shake and TayJer Cone at Denny’s Ice Cream Stand, the TayJer and Aaron Michaux Burger at Bro Man’s, and the Michaux Signature Iced Coffee at Ye Ole Sweet Shoppe. Each project has incorporated a charitable giving component benefiting Make-A-Wish.
The smoothie launch will also serve as the beginning of a broader campaign, with plans for a limited-edition Juice Jar × Denny Glasser merchandise collection expected to be released in the coming months.
Since the initiative began, participating businesses have seen increased social media visibility and community engagement through collaborative marketing efforts. Additional partnerships involving Erie businesses, content creators, and charitable organizations are reportedly already in development.
The public is invited to attend Friday’s launch event at The Juice Jar, where the new smoothie will be available throughout the day.
