EASTON, Pa. – A motorcyclist is dead after hitting a parked vehicle in Easton early Sunday morning.
The Northampton County Coroner’s Office identified the driver as Benjamin M. Orr, 23, from Bushkill Township.
It happened in the area of South 13th Street and Northampton Street around 2:30 a.m. Sunday, the Easton Police Department said in a news release.
City police said the driver lost control of the motorcycle, hit a parked vehicle, and was found dead at the scene.
The cause of death was determined to be multiple blunt force injuries, and the manner of death was ruled accident, the county coroner’s office said in a news release.
The Easton Police Accident Reconstruction Team, in coordination with the Northampton County Coroner’s Office, is conducting the investigation.
