A man is dead after being shot in West Philly on Monday, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
The shooting happened around 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 3 near the intersection of 54th Street and Arlington Avenue in the Wynnefield section of West Philadelphia, police said.
A man was shot multiple times and pronounced dead, officials reported.
No word yet on what led to the shooting or if anyone else was hurt.
SkyForce10 was over the scene just before 6 p.m. where red and yellow police tape could be seen blocking off a part of the street as police investigated.
