Scranton Police held its annual National Night Out on Tuesday at Scranton High School. The night out is an annual community-building campaign typically held in August designed to strengthen relationships between neighbors and local law enforcement, build camaraderie, and promote crime-prevention awareness. The popular event featured Scranton Police discussing their work with the community, as well as a landing and tour of a state police helicopter and a popular K-9 officer demonstration.
