A new baking supplier is set to open their new showroom in Erie on August 18 beginning at 1:00 p.m.
Greens Choice is a family owned and operated specialty baking and confectionary supplier. The company provides premium baking ingredients, chocolate-making supplies, decorating products, and professional tools from trusted European and American brands to customers throughout the United States.
The new showroom will allow the company to better serve customers nationwide while supporting local bakers, culinary professionals, restaurants, and businesses.
Organized in partnership with the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership and the Gannon University Small Business Development Center, the event will feature an official ribbon-cutting ceremony, light refreshments, networking, and tours of the new retail space.
The company is also introducing Lakeside Cocoa, its premium chocolate and confectionery brand featuring high-quality chocolate fillings, and specialty ingredients for professional kitchens and home bakers.
