Announcement is made of the engagement and upcoming wedding of Ali Basalyga to Bryce Yanni, both of Scranton.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Thomas and Colleen Basalyga, Scranton. She is a graduate of West Scranton High School, class of 2015, and earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from the University of Scranton, class of 2019. She is a social media manager and marketing adviser for NAC Entertainment.
The prospective bridegroom is the son of Richard and Tara Yanni, Scranton. He is a graduate of West Scranton High School, class of 2016, and earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from West Chester University, class of 2020. He is a registered nurse at Bryn Mawr Hospital.
The couple met in their high school drama club.
The wedding is set for fall 2026 in the Finger Lakes region of New York.
