LYONS BORO., Pa. — Our very own WFMZ team pulled out the bats and gloves, all for a good cause.
69 News anchors Jim Vaughn, Karin Mallett, Dan Moscaritolo, and more of our WFMZ crew joined forces with the Central Berks Police department.
It was for the annual benefit game against the Lyons Old-Timers.
Donations raised from Saturday afternoon’s game will go towards the family of fallen Central Berks Police Officer Kristen Yeager.
After a high scoring affair, the WFMZ and Central Berks PD team came out on top.
