BETHLEHEM TWP., Pa. – Multiple passengers were transported to the hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle crash that occurred on State Highway 173 in Hunterdon County, authorities say.
New Jersey State Police say the crash occurred around 4:30 p.m. Monday on State Highway 173 West.
According to the preliminary investigation, a Jeep SUV was making a right-hand turn when a Kia rear-ended the driver’s side of the Jeep.
One child, riding in the backseat of the Jeep, sustained serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital, state police say.
According to police, both drivers and seven additional passengers sustained minor injuries and were all transported to a local hospital.
The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information is available at this time.
