ASHTABULA COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) – Multiple rescue crews are searching Lake Erie after a boat overturned Wednesday morning.

The accident happened around 11 a.m. off the shore of Conneaut.
Conneaut officials said a man and a woman were rescued and brought back to land safely.
A third person remains missing.
As of 1:30 p.m., divers were in the water searching for the third person.
Crews are staging at the Conneaut public boat docks on Broad Street.
Besides Conneaut police and firefighters, a crew from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) has a boat in the water and the Ashtabula Water Rescue Team is on site.
