The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) announced that its Erie Headquarters will relocate from its current Lawrence Park location on Iroquois Avenue to a new facility at 8355 Oliver Road.
The transition is scheduled to begin on August 17 with personnel coordinating the move while maintaining uninterrupted public services.
Representatives will be available at both the current station and the new headquarters location throughout the relocation process to assist residents and visitors.
The Lawrence Park station will officially close on August 19 at which time all operations will be conducted from the new Oliver Road facility.

Members of the public are encouraged to update their records and plan accordingly when seeking services from the Erie Headquarters after August 19.
According to Trooper Cindy D. Schick, Community Service Officer for Troop E, the department has taken steps to ensure a smooth transition while continuing to provide services to the public throughout the move.
