The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Jaquan Loeb, 25, for assaulting a man and threatening a woman following a vehicle crash at the intersection of Ayresdon Avenue and Walton Road in Huntingdon Valley on Sunday, May 12, 2024.
According to the report, a white Honda Accord had crashed into a fence and was occupied by a male and a female.
A gray Kia had stopped in the middle of Ayresdon Avenue. Police were told that the operator, later identified as Loeb, was pursuing the passengers of the other car while carrying a tire iron. An investigation revealed that Loeb punched the male occupant in the face after the crash, leaving him with visible injuries, and threatened the female.
An arrest warrant was granted for Loeb, who was transferred to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility on October 10 following the completion of his sentences in other jurisdictions.
He received the following charges:
