BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A tasty new business has set up shop in Northampton County.
A new location of Kazi’s Spot, offering “the ultimate street food experience delivered with passion,” held a soft opening about a week ago on the ground floor of the Pinnacle @ 65 building at 65 E. Elizabeth Ave. in Bethlehem.

The space was previously home to Wiz Kidz, a 1980s- and ‘90s-themed restaurant specializing in cheesesteaks, which closed earlier this year.
Kazi’s Spot, with a tagline of “taste the heat, love the crunch,” features a variety of freshly prepared eats, including gyros, smash burgers and Nashville hot chicken sandwiches and tenders, among other items.
The Bethlehem eatery, open 10 a.m. to midnight daily, offers dine-in, take-out, delivery and catering services.
Owner Kazi Zoha opened the first Kazi’s Spot in April in Langhorne, Bucks County, and he also opened another location near Temple University’s campus in north Philadelphia earlier this summer.
Plans for further expansion of Kazi’s Spot are already in the works.
“By the end of the year, we plan to have six locations, and by the end of 2027, we’ll have 10-15 locations,” Zoha said.
Kazi’s Spot offers all-natural smash burgers such as a Kazi’s double burger (American cheese, grilled onion, pickles and Kazi’s Sauce on Martin’s potato bun) and Kazi’s spicy burger (American cheese, grilled onion, lettuce, tomato, long hot pepper, pickles and Kazi’s sauce on Martin’s potato bun).

The black Angus halal beef is grass-fed and grain-finished.
Customers also can enjoy gyros such as chicken, lamb, mix and falafel, along with rice platters (served with salad and French fries) including chicken, lamb, mix, falafel, shrimp and fish.
Other menu highlights include Nashville hot chicken sliders and tenders; chicken wings (with choice of sauce); loaded fries (waffle fries, cheese wiz, chopped tenders and Kazi’s Sauce); mac supreme (mac, cheese, chopped tenders and Kazi’s Sauce) and loaded rice (yellow rice, cheese wiz, chopped tenders and Kazi’s Sauce).
The Bethlehem restaurant offers indoor seating for around a dozen guests, and additional outdoor seating is available on a front patio.
Guests also can enjoy salads, chicken wings in a choice of sauce, sides such as waffle fries and mozzarella sticks, and desserts such as cheesecake and tiramisu.
