On Sunday, rain arrives from West to East during the midday. Heaviest rain is in the afternoon, and as much as 1-2″ of rain will fall in a short time. Areas with the highest risk of flooding are: Delaware, Southwestern New Jersey, and the immediate Suburbs to the South and West of Philly. That includes: Delaware, and Chester Counties. Rain should wind down by early evening. Highs Sunday in the lower 80’s.
Sunshine returns for Monday, with a bit of heat. Highs close to 90 degrees.
