EASTON, Pa. – A Lehigh Valley event planner is expanding her business’ operations with a beautiful new space for hosting weddings, birthday parties, baby showers and other special occasions in Northampton County.
Kim Frailey, owner of Three Hearts Event Center in Lower Nazareth Township, is planning to open a second event venue, Three Hearts Venue & Brew House, at 1247 Simon Blvd. N108 in Easton.

Three Hearts Event Center
In Easton, Three Hearts is taking over the space currently occupied by Seven Sirens – The Blendery, a satellite location of Bethlehem-based Seven Sirens Brewing Co.
Over the past four years, Seven Sirens has utilized The Blendery space for taproom operations, event hosting and additional production.
Over the next six months, Three Hearts and Seven Sirens will share the space, with Seven Sirens honoring all of its previously scheduled events, Frailey said.
The new Three Hearts Venue & Brew House in Easton will total around 6,500 square feet, more than double Three Hearts’ original 3,000-square-foot venue in Lower Nazareth.
The new venue will accommodate around 175 guests, 75 more than the Lower Nazareth venue’s capacity, and will feature tall, vaulted ceilings – roughly 14 feet to the rafters and 20 feet to the peak, Frailey said.
In taking over the Simon Silk Mill space, Frailey purchased the facility’s existing equipment, furniture and other items, with plans to add her own unique touches to the spot.
“I’m so excited,” Frailey told 69 News.
“I felt like there was such a need for this because I was constantly telling people that I was booked at my other venue. My big focus for the new venue is going to be weddings. I’m really excited to put together a venue with a very sleek and classy vibe, along with an overall look and experience that’s not currently available in the Lehigh Valley. There will be more upscale decor, unique lighting on the ceiling and intentional lounge areas. Even the bathrooms will be updated.”
Seven Sirens currently utilizes some of the space for brewing operations, and Frailey intends to continue that practice.
Frailey said she intends to apply for a brewery license, with plans to continue brewing beer on-site.
The license also would allow the new Three Hearts Venue & Brew House to serve additional Pennsylvania-made alcoholic beverages, including various wines, spirits and hard seltzers.
As is the case in Lower Nazareth, Three Hearts’ new Easton venue will offer a variety of customizable event packages, and individuals could book their own caterers to supply food, Frailey said.
“I will have a list of preferred vendors for catering, DJs, photographers and other services,” Frailey added.
Three Hearts Event Center
Three Hearts Event Center, a modern venue featuring stylish spaces and customizable packages for events of all kinds, opened last October at 822 Nazareth Pike, Suite B, in Lower Nazareth.
The venue offers tables, chairs and linens for up to 100 guests, along with a 10-foot, moveable wooden buffet table for food displays, an on-site refrigerator and beverage bar and other amenities.
The space features sleek white walls, a textured black accent wall and polished epoxy floors, creating a versatile backdrop for any occasion.
Frailey, who resides in Bethlehem Township, has a lifelong passion for event planning and studied hospitality management with a focus in corporate event planning in college.
“For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved to entertain and throw big parties,” Frailey told 69 News last year.
“In my own house, I have a 12-foot dining room table that can seat 14 people, and I often have friends and family over for a variety of celebrations. So, planning large events is a definite passion of mine, and I’m so excited to now be doing it for other people as well.”
Three Hearts Event Center
At Three Hearts Event Center, “every detail begins with love and a vision for unforgettable celebrations,” according to a business description.
The venue’s name is a nod to Frailey’s three children and “represents the inspiration and joy that family brings to every event.”
“After more than 20 years of planning and designing parties for family, friends, and children, what started as a passion has grown into a dream come true, a dedicated event center where memories can be made and shared,” the online message continues.
Three Hearts, which has a tagline of “the heartbeat of every celebration,” is suitable for any type of event, including bridal showers, sweet 16 parties, graduation parties, anniversary celebrations and holiday get-togethers.
Individuals can start booking for Three Hearts Venue & Brew House events beginning Nov. 1, Frailey said.
Three Hearts’ website will soon be getting overhauled, but inquiries regarding availability, packages and other details can still be made by calling Frailey at 610-570-5012.

Seven Sirens also announced the upcoming transition on its social media pages, noting that Frailey and the Seven Sirens team’s “visions and values lined up…community, giving back, great events and creating a place where people actually WANT to gather.”
Frailey and Three Hearts Venue & Brew House will be taking The Blendery into its next chapter, but the Seven Sirens team is “not just handing over the keys and disappearing,” the online announcement continues.
“Seven Sirens will still be there for at least the next six months, working alongside Kim, consulting, brewing for her events and helping with the transition,” the announcement reads.
“… And if you have an event booked beyond that, you’re taken care of. We’ve already communicated with those groups, Kim is honoring what we promised, and everyone also has the option to move their event to our Bethlehem location. Nobody is getting screwed out of anything. Operationally, this lets Seven Sirens consolidate, pay down debt and put ourselves in a much stronger position for what comes next.”
