Officials have identified the 18-year-old motorcyclist who died Monday after a crash with a moped in Allentown.
Jose De Aza was riding a motorcycle that was involved in a crash with a moped about 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of South 25th Street and Hamilton Street, according to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio.
De Aza was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, where he died from his injuries about 2:10 p.m., the coroner said. His cause of death was multiple blunt-force injuries, with the manner accidental.
Allentown police are investigating the crash.
