PennDOT is advising motorists to avoid Interstate 81 northbound beginning in Dunmore Thursday morning due to a seven vehicle crash.
“PennDOT expects to have the incident cleared up by 10 a.m. Motorists should expect residual delays for the remainder of the morning and take an alternate route,” a PennDOT spokesperson said.
