Flood warnings continue through Thursday evening for Western Pennsylvania
PITTSBURGH —
A Flood Warning has been issued and will remain in place until Thursday evening for multiple counties in western Pennsylvania.

The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for multiple counties including Allegheny, Westmoreland, Fayette, Armstrong and Indiana. The warning will continue through 5 p.m.
Some locations that will experience flooding include Greensburg, Jeannette, Latrobe, Vandergrift, Apollo, Murrysville, Mount Pleasant, Scottdale, McChesneytown-Loyalhanna, Blairsville, Manor, Youngwood, Derry, Delmont, Lawson Heights, New Stanton and Leechburg.
Some locations that will experience flooding include Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross Township, Monroeville, Moon Township, McMurray, McKeesport, Uniontown, Canonsburg, Avella, Gastonville, Shaler Township, Plum, West Mifflin, North Side Pittsburgh, Baldwin and Upper St. Clair.
Impact Day
Lingering showers will exit the Laurel Highlands by the middle of the afternoon. By the time rain is done, rainfall amounts could top one inch, causing localized flooding problems.
Areas that were hit hardest this past weekend could again see flooding issues thanks to still-saturated ground.
More showers and storms are expected over the weekend, especially Saturday night.
