PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Police have identified the masked man who antagonized residents in Center City Philadelphia last week.
22-year-old Zymire Hughes chased at least six people around Philadelphia in the early hours on Wednesday, August 12th, wearing a mask that looked like the doll Chucky.
The man was seen on a surveillance camera approaching a female jogger and allegedly asking her if she was “ready to die.”
Police say an arrest warrant for Hughes is active, with the suspect facing potential charges of terroristic threats, harassment, simple assault, and intimidation.
According to authorities, Hughes may have fled Pennsylvania as he has ties to both California and Nevada.
Philadelphia Police say they are working with the U.S. Marshals to bring Hughes back to face justice.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact Philadelphia Police.
