Officers of the Greater Scranton Penn State Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association are planning a fundraising event honoring the late Dr. Wayne Sebastianelli. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Dr. Wayne Sebastianelli Memorial Nursing Program Endowment, which will benefit students enrolled in Penn State’s Nese College of Nursing Program.
