Tom and Kathy Carlotti are looking forward to their first real summer in 20 years.
The couple have owned and operated Beach Zero, a seasonal beach and souvenir shop at the entrance to Presque Isle State Park, since 2007.
They’re retiring at the end of this year and will have next summer all to themselves. Beach Zero will close this fall.
