The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the following fugitives:
Jose Morales
• Jose Morales Jr., 26, whose last known address was in the 200 block of South Fifth Street, Reading, is wanted on aggravated assault and strangulation charges.
Reading police said he strangled a woman on March 8, leaving her unable to breathe for three seconds, and threw a phone at her, striking her on the left wrist.
He is described as 5 feet 7 inches and 120 pounds.
Christopher Rosado
• Christopher Rosado, 30, whose last known address was in the 800 block of Locust Street, Reading, is wanted on strangulation charges.
Wyomissing police said that on Aug. 4 he put a female victim in a headlock and repeatedly punched her, injuring her face, arms and shoulders.
He is described as 5 feet 9 inches and 255 pounds.
