ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Crews fought a 2nd-alarm fire in Allentown early Thursday morning.

It broke out at a home on the 100 block of East Susquehanna Street. Crews have now contained the blaze.

County dispatchers tell 69 News the fire started around 5:15 a.m.

Arriving companies found smoke from the house and fire on the third floor.

No injuries have been reported.

The investigation is still underway to determine the cause of the fire. 

Five people were displaced and received assistance from the Red Cross.
