The Erie Zoo’s popular fall fundraiser, Lions, Tigers, & Beers, is set to return on October 3, offering guests a unique opportunity to enjoy craft beer, live entertainment, and animal experiences in an after-hours Zoo setting. Tickets for the highly anticipated 21-and-older event will go on sale at 9 a.m. on August 28.
In partnership with Erie Beer Company, the annual fundraiser has become one of the region’s most sought-after events.
The evening will feature beer sampling stations located throughout the Zoo, allowing guests to “trick-or-treat” for beer samples while exploring the grounds. In addition to craft beverages, attendees can enjoy live local music, food trucks, and a behind-the-scenes animal tour.
VIP ticket holders will gain early access from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., followed by General Admission entry beginning at 6 p.m. There is a maximum purchase limit of four tickets per ticket type, with VIP and General Admission tickets sold through separate Eventbrite links.
Ticket prices are set at $70 for Zoo members and $82 for nonmembers for VIP admission. General Admission tickets cost $60 for members and $70 for nonmembers, while designated driver tickets are available for $30.
Since its debut in 2016, Lions, Tigers, & Beers has served as both a community celebration and an important fundraiser for the Erie Zoo. Erie Beer Company has supported the event since the beginning, helping it grow into one of the Zoo’s signature annual attractions.
Proceeds from events such as Lions, Tigers, & Beers help support the Zoo’s ongoing conservation, education, and animal care initiatives.
