Helen (Snyder) L. Kessler
OBITUARY
Helen L. (Snyder) Kessler, 91, of Allentown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at Complete Care of Allentown. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Elmer H. and Katharine H. (Witek) Snyder.
Helen worked for many years as waitress at many local restaurants and at the former Lucent Technologies in the cleaning room. Helen loved to garden and won the Garden of the Year in 2015. She loved to be active at the Senior Center, crocheting, and making beautiful flower arrangements. Helen was an avid traveler and loved to ski. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Breinigsville.
Helen is survived by her daughter Barbara Steltz, companion of Robin Eby, of Fredericksburg, PA and grandson Mason Steltz.
Helen was preceded in death by all her siblings.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, 1700 Airport Rd, Allentown, PA 18109.
