HANOVER TWP., Pa.- Travelers who want to enroll for TSA PreCheck will have the opportunity to do so next month at Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE).
The airport will host a four-day enrollment event from October 6 through October 9 alongside the public security company IDEMIA.
Appointments can be scheduled between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. each day. Walk-ins will be accepted, but priority will be given to those with an appointment.
During the in-person appointment at the airport, applicants are required to provide identity and citizenship documents. Fingerprints and a photo will be captured.
The application fee is $76.75. If approved, travelers get a five-year membership with the program.
TSA PreCheck is an expedited screening program that allows pre-approved, low-risk passengers to move through airport security faster. There are PreCheck lanes at over 200 airports nationwide.
Travelers can either sign up for or renew TSA PreCheck at the ABE event, which is being held at the airport at 3311 Airport Road in Hanover Township, Lehigh County.

3. Fill out the steps and choose “Next” at the bottom of each screen
4. Select the location “Allentown, PA – Pop-Up: ABE 10/6-10/9” and click Next
5. Select your desired appointment time
The application fee can be paid by credit card, money order, company check, or certified/cashier’s check. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.
If you can’t make it to the ABE event but you’re still interested in the PreCheck program, you can complete the online application and then schedule an appointment at one of IDEMIA’s 500+ enrollment centers nationwide.
