Coroner identifies Virginia man killed in Monday crash

Lackawanna County Coroner Tim Rowland identified a 29-year-old man killed in a crash early Monday morning in Scott Township as David Kwakye of Fairfax, Virginia.

Crews responded to the intersection of Rushbrook Road and Heart Lake Road at about 2 a.m.
