Families brace for food stamps cutoff: 'You barely get by as it is'

The U.S. Department of Agriculture says approximately 42 million individuals will not receive food stamps come Saturday due to the shutdown that began Oct. 1. Among them are nearly 3 million New Yorkers, including close to 220,000 in Western New York.
