UPPER SAUCON TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A dump truck crashed on Interstate 78 in Lehigh County Wednesday afternoon, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
The single-vehicle crash happened around 2:14 p.m. on I-78 Eastbound near mile marker 60.2, according to Lehigh County dispatchers.
Trooper Branosky said the driver sustained minor injuries. The dump truck was empty at the time of the crash.
Officials say the left and middle lanes were closed, with the right lane remaining open to let traffic through.
All lanes have since been reopened.
Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville is investigating.
