The Erie Zoo held the second day of its Conservation Book Sale, giving visitors the chance to find something to read while supporting conservation efforts on Saturday.
All books were available for a donation, with selections for adults, teens, and children.
After browsing the book sale, visitors could also enjoy free admission to the zoo. Organizers said there was something for everyone, whether it was getting some new books or checking out the animals for free. There was also several activities taking place throughout the day.
The Erie Zoo’s next event is Member Appreciation Night on September 18 at 6 p.m., followed by the Lions, Tigers and Beers event on October 3.
