Representatives of the Lackawanna-Susquehanna Office of Drug and Alcohol Programs, the Lackawanna Recovery Coalition and the Recovery Bank presented a check for $2,400 to the Scranton Municipal Recreation Authority for providing the venue for the upcoming annual Recovery Walk & Celebration on Sept. 13 at noon at Nay Aug Park, Scranton. Registration starts at 11 a.m. The event, which will feature food and fun for all ages, is free and open to the public.
