Sydney Williams had 12 digs and nine kills, leading West Scranton to a 3-0 win over Forest City in a Lackawanna League girls volleyball match on Monday.
Aubrey Kerrigan added 10 digs, eight kills, and six aces, and Violetta O’Hora had 14 assists and seven aces for the Lady Invaders (1-1).
Amethyst Kealoha Silva had three kills and three blocks for Forest City. Tarwyn Tietz added three kills and four aces, and Rayn Conrad had three kills and three aces for the Lady Foresters (0-2).

Irene Smith and Evelyn Bond won singles matches, leading Honedale to a 4-1 win over Western Wayne on Monday in a Lackawanna League Division II match.
Madelyn McClure won at No. 2 singles for Western Wayne.
