A woman was found dead in the Delaware River in South Philadelphia Monday morning, police said.
Police said the woman’s body was recovered from the Delaware River near the 1600 block of South Christopher Columbus Boulevard around 9:30 a.m. She was pronounced dead at 9:50 a.m.
The incident remains under investigation.
