(WJET/WFXP)– Remote Area Medical RAM) announced they’ll be returning to Erie this weekend for another free clinic offering dental, vision and medical services.
The free clinic is set to take place Saturday and Sunday, September 12 and 13, at the Erie Center for Arts and Technology building located at 650 East Avenue, Suite 120, with doors opening at 6 am and closing time based on its capacity.

RAM said the clinic is open to everyone, with no ID, insurance or income required to get basic health exams and screenings, and to choose between dental services like cleanings and extractions and vision services including eye exams and glasses.
Officials also advised that dental and vision services are limited and may fill up early, along with spots for denture services. Patients are also seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
The parking lot opens no later than 11:59 pm on Friday and stays open all night, with volunteers on hand in the parking lot to guide vehicles on where to park and wait once they receive their service ticket.

RAM officials advised anyone planning on attending to bring water and snacks, all medicines patients take, weather-appropriate clothing, blankets and insulated layers (coat, gloves, hat) if it is cold, as well as a phone charger if needed. Bathrooms will also be available.
Anyone looking to be seen will also have to be present to get a service ticket and must stay in the parking lot to keep their spot in line. If a patient leaves and comes back, RAM said they will be placed at the end of the line with a new service ticket.
