A man will spend years behind bars for the rape of a mentally disabled woman.
Authorities say Mario Valentine sexually assaulted an 18-year-old mentally disabled woman in January of 2024.
Valentine was convicted back in May of rape of a mentally disabled person, aggravated indecent assault of a person suffering a mental disability, and indecent assault of a person suffering a mental disability.
He was sentenced Thursday to 13 to 27 years in prison.
