2 injured after alleged fight erupts in gunfire on Pittsburgh’s North Side
PITTSBURGH —
Two men were injured in an overnight shooting on Pittsburgh’s North Side, police said.
Authorities said they received reports of gunfire near Brighton Road and Woods Run Avenue, located on the border of Brighton Heights and Marshall-Shadeland.
Shortly after the incident, two men arrived at Allegheny General Hospital in separate cars.
One man was shot in the leg, while the other was grazed by bullets, with wounds to his head and hand. Both men are reported to be stable.
Police said witnesses reported a possible fight involving a group of men before the gunfire erupted.
There is no word on any arrests.
