(WJET/WFXP)– The case against an Erie woman charged after a gruesome video emerged in July of her allegedly hitting a man with her car after a fight at a local gas station that left him with a broken leg and a head injury.
Online court documents show that all charges, including aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, aggravated assault by vehicle, and more, were waived over to court at her preliminary hearing on September 11.

In addition to the aggravated assault charges, court documents also show that prosecutors have added a misdemeanor driving under the influence charge that was also waived over.
Police said Coleman was seen on surveillance footage on July 5 in a fight at a gas station at the corner of 6th and Parade streets, then pepper sprayed a man before getting in an SUV and running him over, causing a compound leg fracture and a traumatic head injury.

City of Erie Police Chief Rick Lorah said she was taken into custody shortly after the incident.
She remains free after posting $25,000 bond on July 16. Her case now heads to the Court of Common Pleas.
