A Pennsylvania man with a history of violence has been arrested for plotting a violent attack in support of ISIS, the Department of Justice revealed on Tuesday.

Jonathan Hunter Kramer, who was accused of pledging allegiance to ISIS and allegedly wrote of how he was preparing for a “mission,” was caught with an automatic rifle and 190 rounds of ammunition, the feds said.

Kramer, 21, was charged with receiving a firearm and ammunition, knowing or having reasonable cause to believe they would be used to commit a felony or federal crime of terrorism, including providing or attempting to provide material support to a designated foreign terrorist organization, according to Fox News. 

It’s not the first time Kramer has been on the feds’ radar.

When he was a minor, he was charged in Pennsylvania for planning a mass-casualty attack and accused of having child sex abuse material, according to the report, which cited the criminal complaint.

He served time in a juvenile detention facility, but it apparently did little to solve his violent impulses, authorities said.

In March, a tipster told authorities that Kramer, of Valencia, Pennsylvania, just north of Pittsburgh, was buying “mysterious packages” and connecting with friends he had prior to serving time, the outlet reported.

Kramer used the name “Hamza Al Rashid” online, offered to share explosives manuals and wrote that all he needed was a “weapon” to carry out his mission, according to reports.

The target of the alleged attack was unclear.

FBI agents watched Kramer leave his house last week with a bag and buy a disposable cellphone, and then followed him to a hotel and another store where he was seen at the gun counter, according to the report.

They approached him when he returned to the hotel and found the rifle and ammo;  five rifle magazines, two of which were loaded; a rifle scope, pepper spray, and 30 knives, authorities said.

There was also a bizarre note, according to the DOJ, which read: “DoNt look For me[.] IDK what I did buT I cant live In constant Fear[.]”
