Pennsylvania State Police arrest man accused of Point Marion Borough bank robbery with gas mask
POINT MARION, Pa. —
A man who allegedly robbed a bank in Fayette County has been arrested by Pennsylvania State Police.
Authorities have charged 46-year-old Stephen Gaza in connection to a robbery at United Bank in Point Marion Borough on Monday.
Gaza, who was allegedly wearing a Steelers baseball cap and a gas mask, walked into the bank around 11:20 a.m. and passed a teller a note, officials said.
That note allegedly read “Give Me Money No One Get Hurt.” Police say Gaza also gestured that he had a gun, however officials say he did not take one out during the robbery.
He was taken into custody at a home in Ronco after an extensive investigation.
