WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. — Police are investigating a serious one-vehicle crash late Tuesday afternoon in Washington Township, Northampton County.
Washington Township Police, along with Bangor Police, responded to the crash at 5:12 p.m. in the 1200 block of Upper Pennsylvania Avenue, according to the Northampton County Communications Center.

Authorities say one person was transported to LVHN-Pocono for treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been released.
Police are working to determine what caused the accident.
