BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A popular spot serving up beers, burgers, baseball games and more is available for purchase in Northampton County.
515 Main, a full-service sports bar and restaurant, is up for sale with a listing price of $799,000 at 515 Main St. in downtown Bethlehem.
The establishment opened in 2023 in a renovated space that previously housed Corked 2.0, a dining and nightlife venue.
515 Main owner Chris Tiscio told 69 News that he’s looking to retire from the restaurant and bar industry and spend more time with family.
The business remains open and fully operational during the sale process.
“I have grandkids and a son who is 5,” Tiscio said. “I want to be there when he’s in sports and everything else as he grows up, and running a restaurant is just a lot.”
The sale includes the business, Pennsylvania “R” liquor license, and an extensive inventory of equipment, furnishings and operating systems.

The real estate is not included in the sale. Seller financing would be considered.

The Main Street space features two bars with a wide selection of beer taps, capacity of 324 patrons, numerous TVs with smart controls, a high-end audio system, computerized lighting, and an extensive security camera system with monitoring.
A large, well-equipped commercial kitchen provides the “infrastructure and flexibility to accommodate a variety of concepts and high-volume operations,” the listing states.
Additionally, the lower level offers substantial storage, a finished office, two employee restrooms and additional space with potential for alternative uses.
The new owner could continue operating 515 Main in its current format or debut an entirely different concept, such as an Indian restaurant or steakhouse, Tiscio said.
The prime location on downtown Bethlehem’s Main Street is suitable for a wide array of uses, Tiscio added.
“It’s a turn-key establishment, and they’d also be buying the name,” Tiscio said.
“So, if they want to keep it as 515 Main, they’re welcome to do so, but they’re also welcome to pursue whatever concept they want.”
Tiscio and a few partners took control of Corked in March 2020, at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The group was drawn to the Main Street spot due to its location in the heart of the city’s historic downtown, surrounded by a dynamic mix of retail stores, restaurants and tourist attractions.
In opening 515 Main, they aimed to add even more vibrancy to the area with affordable, high-quality food and drinks, plenty of sports viewing opportunities, and nightlife entertainment on weekends.

The updated space features new booths, lighting, interior and exterior paint, and a state-of-the-art audio system, among other upgrades
515 Main, showing a wide array of sports games via MLB.TV, NFL Sunday Ticket, and other packages, serves starters such as pretzel bites, cheesesteak egg rolls, loaded potato skins, and 4-cheese mac and cheese; handhelds such as a cheesesteak, crispy chicken wrap, and chicken parm or vodka parm sandwich; and burgers such as truffle, BBQ bacon, and 515 (diced jalapenos, tomato, onion, bacon, and gouda sauce).
Other menu highlights include a wide array of salads, specialty fries, tacos and quesadillas, chicken finger or shrimp baskets, and classic or boneless wings in choice of sauce.
The restaurant also offers outdoor seating.

515 Main continues to operate with regular hours of 5-11 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays, 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Fridays, noon to 1 a.m. Saturdays, and noon to 11 p.m. Sundays, Tiscio said.
Happy hour, featuring buy one get one half off appetizers, is from 6 to 8 p.m.
