A West Pittston man accused of trying to set up a sexual encounter with a minor has pleaded guilty to attempted child sex charges.
Christopher A. Grabosky, 50, pleaded guilty this week to charges of attempted unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.
Luzerne County Judge Joseph F. Sklarosky Jr. accepted Grabosky’s plea and set sentencing for Dec. 21.
The charges alleged Grabosky tried to set up a sexual encounter with a teenage girl in Pittston Twp. on May 29, 2025.
Grabosky remains in custody at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility pending sentencing.
