Update: Saquon Barkley returned for the start of the second half.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Eagles running back Saquon Barkley suffered a stinger in the first quarter in Tennessee and is officially questionable to return.
Barkley, 29, got hurt on his very first run of the game that went for no gain. He seemed to hold his left arm limp as he came off the field and went into the medical tent. After a long stay in the blue tent, Barkley emerged and jogged inside.
The Eagles have Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley as their other running backs in this game. Both got the ball on the drive after Barkley left the field.
After the injury, the Eagles drove the ball all the way down into the red zone before a costly interception from Jalen Hurts that was returned 92 yards and set up a Titans touchdown.
Barkley in Week 1 had 83 rushing yards on 15 carries for an average of 5.5 yards per carry. He had a long of 42 yards but it was tough sledding aside from that.
