Pittsburgh SWAT officers called to Mount Washington neighborhood
A wanted person is barricaded inside a home on Southern Avenue, police say
PITTSBURGH —
The Pittsburgh Police SWAT team is responding to an incident in the city’s Mount Washington neighborhood on Tuesday evening.
Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 video showed police activity in the 100 block of Southern Avenue.

Pittsburgh Public Safety officials said a person with multiple warrants is barricaded inside a home on Southern Avenue.
Authorities have not identified the person or said why he is wanted.
The public is being asked to avoid Southern Avenue between Cowan Street and Sandwich Way, as well as Gray Street near Southern.
